| My experience in web and
graphic design date back to 1996, when I started a home-based consulting
business. Through the years, I have designed numerous websites,
brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, and booklets for a variety
of clients and employers.
In 2001, I became employed with the Mendocino Private
Industry Council, where I redesigned and maintained two websites,
created a new look and logo for the organization, and redesigned
all company brochures, flyers, and posters.
Graphic design is one of my great passions in life—something
which never fails to intrigue and excite me, which is why I love
to teach it. Since I have been working at Mendocino College, I have
been able to produce websites and brochures here as well.

With the advancing technolgoy
we all are experiencing, I have found great joy in producing graphic
designs for personal use such as working with family photos, creating
family websites, cards, and even wedding invitations.
My education includes an A.A. Degree from Skyline
College (San Bruno, CA) where I majored in the Fine Arts and Philosophy.
Two years ago I also obtained a Website Graphic Design Career Certificate
from Santa Rosa Junior College.
I am married and have three children, who are the
joy of my life. I hope you enjoy the class and learn a lot.
